Shane Turns 7! Happy Birthday Shane!!

Shane turned 7 today. We celebrated at Saltgrass, with presents, cake and family. I can't believe my baby boy is 7 already. It just seems like yesterday I was holding him for the first time.

1ST Grade!!

Shane started 1st grade today. He was excited all weekend and then this morning he tells me he is nervous and just wants to go to his MeMe's one more day. I know he will be just fine once he gets to know everybody and relax. Brooke wanted to go with him. She has to wait a couple more years.

Rainforest Cafe

This was our last night in San Antonio and to celebrate Shane's birthday we went to the Rainforest Cafe. The kids couldn't believe how many things were going on in that place. It was quite an experience for them and us.

Happy 8th Anniversary!

Today was our 8 year wedding anniversary. I can't believe that we have been married for 8 years. Del sent me roses :-) and then took me to Benihana's for dinner. This year has been a tough year and we have had some really hard times but we made it through and are moving forward. Thank you Del for believing in us and spending these 8 wonderful years with me.

Texas Rangers

Del took me to a Ranger game today and it was awesome but super HOT. We had 8th row seats lower level behind home plate and it was the best seat I've ever had. We had a great time spending the day together.

Tonight we went to my favorite mexican place to eat and it was great. I can finally walk since the river trip accident and I wanted to snap a few photos.
